The Company is seeking a Vice President for Public Affairs in Healthcare. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with senior leaders to develop and manage communications and advocacy campaigns for clients within the healthcare sector. This role requires a professional with a background in public affairs, public relations, nonprofit, or political environments, and a proven track record in managing multifaceted campaigns. The Vice President will be expected to have 8-10 years of experience in strategic communications, public relations, public affairs, social media, or political communications, and to demonstrate strong project and team management skills. Experience in creating high-quality deliverables, ensuring the accuracy of details, and the ability to work under tight deadlines is essential. Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should be adept at multichannel communication strategies, including earned media, social and paid media, and event execution. The role also involves direct client interaction, preparing and staffing senior executives, and managing a team to meet established goals, timelines, and budgets. The ideal candidate will have a diverse background and be a flexible, agile team player with excellent interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include developing and editing a wide range of written materials, from press releases to executive thought leadership pieces, and experience in account and budget management is a plus.
