Greater Wellington, New Zealand Area (Hybrid)
The Company is in search of a Board Secretary to play a pivotal role in its governance and executive coordination. This part-time, hybrid position is ideal for a professional with a strong background in governance and executive support, particularly within a kaupapa Māori environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of the Board meeting cycle, including the preparation and distribution of all necessary documents, attending meetings to produce accurate minutes, and maintaining high standards of governance records.
