As the company expands internationally, the General Counsel will also play a key role in building out the legal function to support new markets, ensuring legal efficiency and cost control. Applicants for the General Counsel position at the company should have a Master's degree in law, with a Bar Exam (pravosudni ispit) preferred, and a minimum of 10 years of legal experience. A strong generalist legal background in corporate law, contract law, labor law, and fundraising is essential. The role demands experience in negotiating and structuring complex commercial agreements, as well as the ability to uphold the highest standards of legal ethics and business integrity.
