The successful candidate will be responsible for the professional and technical leadership of a planning team, ensuring the design and technical quality of projects, and managing the team through demanding construction phases. This role requires a strong focus on compliance with building regulations, standards, and processes, as well as effective communication with clients, authorities, and expert committees. The Head of Planning will also be involved in the management of personnel resources, monthly project controlling, and participation in bids and planning contracts. Applicants for the Head of Planning position at the company should have a degree in architecture, with additional training in project management being highly desirable. A background in project management, particularly in the context of Swiss building law, is essential. The role demands a candidate who is fluent in German, with proficiency in MS Office, ArchiCAD, BIM, and ideally also in Solibri and Adobe InDesign.
