The Company is seeking a Head of Security to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be the most senior security leader, responsible for defining and driving the security roadmap, managing the security function, and ensuring regulatory compliance. This strategic and technical role requires a leader with a strong background in security, including experience in application and product security, infra security, detection and incident response, enterprise IT and identity, and GRC. The Head of Security will be accountable for the overall security posture and risk acceptance, and will work closely with the executive team to align security outcomes with company objectives. Key responsibilities for the Head of Security include building and leading a security team, maturing governance, risk, and compliance functions, and championing an AI-first security program. The role also involves setting the security culture, providing technical direction on security architecture, and being the final authority on security matters across the engineering organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in security leadership, including experience with security risk quantification and translating technical risk into business impact. They should be adept at hiring and developing security professionals and have a strong background in driving AI transformation in security, engineering, or IT organizations.
