Head of Audit & Risk

The Company is seeking a Head of Audit and Risk to establish and lead the group-wide internal audit and enterprise risk management function. This pivotal role involves developing and executing a risk-based internal audit plan across various domains, delivering objective audit reports, and maintaining ERM frameworks. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including those of the Gibraltar Gambling Commissioner, and for independently auditing AML/CTF, KYC, and responsible gambling frameworks. A key aspect of the position is to partner cross-functionally to enhance controls and proactively mitigate risks. Candidates for the Head of Audit and Risk position at the company must have a minimum of 5 years' senior audit leadership experience within the online gambling or iGaming sector. Deep knowledge of Gibraltar gambling regulation and international compliance regimes, particularly UKGC and MGA, is essential. The role requires a recognized audit, accounting, or risk qualification and a proven track record of reporting to senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be based in Gibraltar or willing to relocate, and must demonstrate the ability to operate with high integrity, clear judgment, and possess strong communication, negotiation, and report-writing skills.
