Head of Procurement, Operations & Transformation

The Company is seeking a Head of Procurement (Operations & Transformation) to spearhead the drive for transformation and continuous improvement within its procurement operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading initiatives that focus on process optimization, automation, and the implementation of digital solutions to enhance operational efficiency. This role involves overseeing system enhancement and implementation projects, ensuring effective governance, compliance, and service delivery across the procurement lifecycle. The Head of Procurement will also be tasked with identifying and leveraging emerging technologies, analytics, and automation tools to improve process effectiveness and business outcomes, as well as managing stakeholder engagement, change management, and training activities to ensure the successful delivery of transformation initiatives. Applicants for the Head of Procurement position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in procurement operations and/or transformation. Professional certifications such as CIPS, MCIPS, or ISM CPSM are advantageous. A background in financial services or a multinational environment is also a plus. The role requires a strategic leader who can drive change and innovation, with a strong focus on process optimization and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing transformation projects, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring the successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
