Head of Programme Management

The Company is in search of a Head of Programme Management to provide strategic oversight and guidance across a diverse portfolio of business and technology initiatives. This senior leadership role is pivotal in shaping the direction of major projects, ensuring they align with organizational objectives, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and overseeing multiple strategic programs, establishing robust governance frameworks, and aligning all initiatives with the company's strategic priorities. They will also be tasked with mentoring and supporting program and project managers, monitoring progress against key metrics, and driving prioritization efforts to maximize resource utilization. To excel in this position, candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, over 10 years' of experience in program management or PMO leadership, and a proven track record in managing complex portfolios, particularly those involving digital or business transformation. Strong expertise in program governance, portfolio management, and stakeholder engagement is essential, as is a deep understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies. The role requires a leader with excellent interpersonal skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to juggle multiple programs while effectively balancing competing priorities. Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum are highly advantageous.
