The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to play a pivotal role in the execution of its refreshed strategy and to drive operational excellence. The successful candidate will be a senior leader with a strong commercial and financial background, capable of leading the organization towards its ambitious growth and impact goals. Key responsibilities for the COO include leading the execution of the 2025-2028 strategy, ensuring operational systems and performance are at their best, and acting as a trusted advisor to the CEO. The role also involves developing strategic partnerships, supporting financial performance, and contributing to the organization's governance and sustainability. Applicants for the COO position at the company should have a proven track record in a senior leadership role, such as COO, GM, or equivalent, and must be adept at engaging with Boards, executives, and external partners. The ideal candidate will have a values-led approach and a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. The role requires a leader who is equally comfortable in strategy and execution, with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to influence at an executive level.
