Head of Supply Chain Finance, FMCG

The Company is seeking a Head of Supply Chain Finance to provide strategic financial leadership and support the end-to-end supply chain operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring strong financial control, cost visibility, and commercial insight across manufacturing and supply chain. This role involves overseeing cost accounting, factory accounting, and accounts payable, and driving financial analysis and performance improvement. The Head of Supply Chain Finance will also be tasked with leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for supply chain and manufacturing operations, as well as developing and monitoring key financial KPIs. Candidates for this senior management position should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in finance, with a focus on FMCG, manufacturing, or complex supply chain environments. A professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in cost accounting, factory accounting, accounts payable, and financial analysis, and must demonstrate the ability to partner with cross-functional teams to identify cost optimization opportunities. Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to translate financial data into business insights and to strengthen financial controls and compliance across the supply chain.
