Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Remote (anywhere in Pennsylvania)

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership network. The CFO will be responsible for upholding the financial policies and procedures set by the Governing Board, presenting financial reports, and ensuring that the hospital's financial records are maintained in accordance with accounting standards. This role involves strategic financial planning, budgeting, and supervising the financial affairs of the facility. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with extensive knowledge of healthcare accounting practices. A CPA is preferred, and the candidate should have a proven track record in hospital accounting and finance, including experience in management. As the CFO, the successful candidate will be expected to set and meet financial goals, demonstrate flexibility in work assignments, and employ analytical skills to resolve complex financial issues. The role also requires a deep understanding of hospital revenue cycle operations, insurance matters, and relevant regulations. The CFO will be a key player in the organization's commitment to its mission and goals, and should be adept at identifying and implementing solutions for performance improvement. Active participation in professional organizations such as ACHE is also preferred.
