Head of Financial Communications

The Company is seeking a Head of Financial Communications to join its team in Saudi Arabia. This senior leadership role is pivotal in driving the business's growth and strengthening its position in the Kingdom. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing the local financial communications team, driving growth in major capital markets, IPO, and M&A mandates, and building trusted senior relationships with a range of market stakeholders. The role also involves supporting the firm's commercial growth and working closely with regional and international leadership. Applicants for the Head of Financial Communications position at the company should have a strong background in financial communications, with specific experience in IPOs, M&A, and capital markets advisory. A background in a specialist financial communications agency, strategic communications consultancy, or a relevant in-house financial/capital markets role is essential. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Saudi market or direct experience advising clients connected to the region, as well as established senior relationships across the financial, advisory, government, or investment ecosystem.
