The Company is seeking a Head of Operations for its multi-site hospitality business. This senior leadership role is pivotal in ensuring the day-to-day operational performance of the group meets the highest standards, with a strong focus on driving sales, profitability, and an exceptional guest experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing General Managers across the various venues, as well as taking ownership of budgets, forecasting, and cost control. Setting clear KPIs, maintaining high service standards, and continuously improving operational processes are also key aspects of the position. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in multi-site hospitality operations, with a deep understanding of what makes busy venues commercially successful. Strong leadership, commercial, and financial skills are essential, as is the ability to work closely with senior teams in culinary, finance, commercial, and revenue.
