The Company is seeking an Associate Chief Medical Officer (ACMO) to join their mission of creating a thriving ecosystem that delivers accessible, high-quality, and sustainable healthcare. This high-visibility, high-impact role is for a physician executive who excels at the intersection of clinical practice, health information technology, and organizational strategy. The ACMO will serve as a senior clinical leader and strategic partner, guiding product development, leading clinical teams, and representing the company in various interactions. Essential responsibilities include facilitating clinical workflow discussions, translating customer and market needs into product recommendations, leading clinical informatics efforts, and providing clinical input into competitive positioning. The ideal candidate will have a medical degree, board certification, a minimum of 10 years of clinical experience, and a strong background in clinical informatics and patient safety. Candidates for the ACMO position at the company should have a medical degree (MD or DO), board certification, and a clinical background in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Pediatrics, or OB/Gyn. A minimum of 10 years of clinical experience, with a focus on healthcare leadership, is required. The role demands a deep understanding of clinical informatics, with board certification preferred, and a strong background in patient safety. Experience in a technology-driven, fast-paced environment, particularly with EHR use, configuration, and optimization, is essential. The successful candidate will be an experienced people leader, capable of influencing across a matrixed organization, and will be expected to travel and engage in external forums as a clinical leader.
