The Company is seeking an Associate Chief Nursing Officer for Medicine Services in the Ambulatory setting. The successful candidate will be the Senior Nursing Leader for one or more service lines, with a primary focus on nursing operations, people management, and the formulation and execution of strategic and clinical goals. This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, maintaining a culture of excellence, and fostering professional development within the nursing team. The ACNO will be responsible for budget management, compliance with regulatory standards, and the development and implementation of programs that support nursing excellence. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, a Master’s degree in a related field, and a current New York State Registered Nursing License. A minimum of 5 years of progressive management experience in a clinical healthcare setting is required. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven leader with a proven track record in developing and executing clinical programs that yield measurable outcomes. Key responsibilities include mentoring and developing nursing staff, promoting multi-disciplinary collaboration, and advocating for the resources necessary to ensure an optimal work environment and exceptional patient care. The role demands a leader with a strong vision, strategic planning abilities, and a commitment to evidence-based practices in nursing.
