The Company is seeking an Executive Vice President for its USA business. This senior leadership role is pivotal in driving the commercial, financial, and operational performance of the US market. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the business to meet and exceed its objectives, building and developing high-performing teams, and ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, and responsible travel experiences. The role also involves representing the company externally, building strategic partnerships, and contributing to the global leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, at least 10 years' of progressive senior leadership experience, and a proven track record in business strategy, financial management, and stakeholder engagement. As the Executive Vice President, USA, you will have the opportunity to shape the strategy and culture of the business, with a focus on sustainable, long-term growth. The role requires a hands-on approach, with a close connection to sales, trip delivery, and the US market.
