The Company is seeking an IT Head of Dynamics 365 to take a pivotal role in the evolution of its ERP roadmap, particularly within a validated, GxP manufacturing environment. This senior, cross-functional position is key to shaping how the ERP platform supports operations, growth, and long-term digital strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the direction of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, with a focus on manufacturing, supply chain, and warehouse management capabilities. This includes turning business priorities into a program of ERP enhancements, taking functional ownership of the D365 F&O platform, and ensuring that all changes meet GxP expectations. The role also involves overseeing system configuration, managing third-party implementation partners, and acting as the main point of contact for outsourced delivery teams. Applicants for the IT Head of Dynamics 365 role at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 8 years in ERP roles and a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O. A deep understanding of manufacturing and supply chain process design, as well as prior experience in a GxP or similarly regulated manufacturing setting, is essential.
