The Company is seeking a Senior Counsel with a focus on real estate to join their legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of legal matters related to the company's portfolio of properties, including but not limited to, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents for complex retail real estate transactions. This role requires the ability to advise business leaders on high-exposure legal issues, lead negotiations, and provide practical legal advice that aligns with business objectives.
