Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead the commercial growth of its predictive human data biopharma services. The successful candidate will be a passionate leader with a proven track record in the preclinical biopharma services industry, capable of spearheading the commercial strategy and driving sustainable revenue growth. Key responsibilities for this critical role include developing and implementing a comprehensive commercial strategy, leading a high-performing sales and business development team, nurturing strong relationships with industry partners and clients, and overseeing marketing, pricing, and contracting strategies to ensure profitability. The CCO will also be expected to have a deep understanding of the preclinical drug development process and customer needs, and to position the company as a leader in the niche biopharma services space. Applicants must have at least 10 years' of experience in the CRO industry, including preclinical, with a successful track record in a leadership role. A proven ability to develop and execute high-impact commercial strategies, excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, and a strong track record of building and managing high-performing teams are essential. The role is remote-based in the United States or North America, and the company is particularly interested in candidates who are growth-oriented, data and innovation-led, and can contribute to the company's ambitious growth goals.
