Vice President / Deputy General Manager, Air & Space Force Solutions

The Company is seeking a Vice President / Deputy General Manager to play a pivotal role in the Air & Space Force Solutions Business Area. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic business planning, financial goal achievement, and driving new business development opportunities. This includes engaging with senior-level customers, ensuring compliance, and promoting quality and continuous improvement. The role also involves shaping employee engagement strategy, leading through inspiration, and actively participating in the day-to-day leadership and operation of the business area. The Deputy will be expected to have a proven track record in leading and growing related DoD, IT, and/or services business, as well as a strong understanding of Air & Space Force organizations, programs, priorities, and initiatives. Applicants for this position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field, and have at least 13 years of upper-level management experience. A successful candidate will have a background in government contracting, possess strong collaboration and communication skills, and be able to demonstrate the ability to lead large, geographically diverse teams. The role requires a focus on talent development and the ability to achieve results through others. Experience in identifying, establishing, and building important customer relationships within the Air Force and DoD is essential. The candidate must be willing to travel, with the possibility of up to 40% travel time, and should have a TS level clearance or be willing to obtain SCI clearance.
