Head of School

The Company is seeking a Head of School to lead with a focus on the whole child, independent learning, and the preparation of future global leaders. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of key areas, including enrollment management with a specific emphasis on attracting a diverse student population, marketing, and fundraising to support the school's mission. They will also oversee teacher recruitment and retention, ensure transparent and effective communication with all stakeholders, and spearhead initiatives for campus revitalization. A strong emphasis is placed on prioritizing diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives and maintaining an innovative, comprehensive curriculum that meets the needs of a rapidly changing world. Applicants for the Head of School position at the company should be highly strategic, transparent, and empathetic leaders with a proven track record in fundraising and marketing within an educational or nonprofit context. The role requires an individual who is approachable, visible, and a servant leader, dedicated to serving the needs of the school community. Excellent communication, collaboration, and a decisive, relational, and high-energy leadership style are essential. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of racial dynamics and inequality, and be fluent in navigating educational decisions from an equity lens.
