Head of School

The Company is seeking a Head of School to lead the overall educational and operational management of a campus spanning early education, primary, and secondary levels. Responsibilities include developing a consistent educational and quality framework, leading an international faculty, and overseeing recruitment, staff development, and school improvement processes. The role also involves evaluating teaching quality, organizing university entrance examinations, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and representing the campus. Candidates should hold recognized teaching qualifications for secondary education or an equivalent credential, with substantial leadership experience in German private schools and experience leading a school outside Germany. Strong knowledge of school administration, personnel management, quality management, and curriculum development is required. The ideal candidate brings strategic and operational leadership skills, a motivating and collaborative approach, enthusiasm for bilingual education and international teams, and excellent German and English proficiency.
