Head of School

The Company is seeking a Head of School to lead the campus’s educational and organizational operations across early childhood, primary, and secondary education. Responsibilities include developing a consistent educational and quality framework, leading an international faculty, and overseeing recruitment, staff development, and team development. The role also involves managing school development and quality processes, analyzing and improving teaching quality, and organizing university entrance examinations. The Head of School will coordinate with leadership teams and relevant stakeholders and represent the campus internally and externally. Candidates should hold the first and second state teaching examinations for secondary schools in Berlin or an equivalent recognized qualification. They should bring substantial leadership experience in German private-school settings and experience leading a school outside Germany, along with strong knowledge of school administration, personnel management, and school development. Experience in quality management and curriculum development is required, as are strategic and operational leadership skills and a motivating, collaborative approach. Excellent German and English skills and enthusiasm for bilingual education and international teams are essential.
