Vice President Relationship Management

The Company is seeking a VP of Relationship Management for Europe to oversee the strategic management and growth of the ecommerce client portfolio. This key leadership role is focused on maximizing client service levels, meeting and exceeding revenue goals, and leading a team of relationship managers to ensure client satisfaction and retention. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and execution of the customer success strategy, serving as an advisor to customers, and building a culture of exceeding client expectations. The role also involves being a key stakeholder in product strategy, influencing new product developments based on customer needs, and identifying opportunities to increase the company's share of the client's business. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in a relationship management payments role, specifically managing tier 1 enterprise, strategic clients. A strong track record in client retention, a background in payments, and the ability to consult and advise clients on various aspects of the payments ecosystem are essential. The role requires a highly driven individual with a proven ability to lead and manage teams, work to targets and metrics, and a passion for people development. Excellent communication skills are a must, with proficiency in an additional language being desirable. The VP of Relationship Management will be instrumental in the continuous evolution of the company's service model, ensuring that it aligns with the needs of clients and supports the business's growth.
