Head of Financial Planning and Analysis

The Company is seeking a Head of Financial Planning and Analysis to provide strategic leadership and hands-on management of the FP&A function. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of six Management Accountants, overseeing the preparation of tailored financial reporting, monthly management accounts, annual budgets, and five-year plans. This role requires a qualified accountant with a strong background in FP&A, particularly within a complex, global commercial environment. The Head of FP&A will also be tasked with driving process improvements, system optimization, and delivering insightful analysis to support decision-making. Key responsibilities for the Head of FP&A include ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, managing annual budgeting and long-term planning processes, developing financial models, and partnering with senior managers across multiple divisions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial planning, reporting, and performance analysis, as well as excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. A proactive approach and the ability to interpret data for decision-making are essential. The role is hybrid, with a requirement to be in the office two days a week, and offers the opportunity to shape financial planning and analysis across the group.
