Member of the Supervisory Board

The Company is seeking a Member of the Supervisory Board to contribute to the strategic oversight and governance of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, communication, commercial development, sales, and/or B2B, with experience at a strategic or executive level. The role involves ensuring the professional supervision of the Executive Board, with a focus on societal impact, financial continuity, risk management, and good governance. The Supervisory Board is particularly interested in candidates who can bring expertise in the fields of marketing, communication, commercial development, and B2B, to support the organization's mission of fostering intergenerational knowledge sharing and social impact. Applicants for the Supervisory Board position should have a deep understanding of the distinction between managing, advising, and supervising, and be able to safeguard this distinction. The role requires the ability to recognize and assess opportunities for commercial and social growth, as well as a strong affinity with the mission of the organization. Experience in developing and positioning propositions for various target groups and markets, and insight into how a strong brand can contribute to reach, partnerships, revenue, and social impact, are essential. The position is unpaid, with the possibility of reimbursement for demonstrable expenses, and the commitment involves an average of half a day per month.
