Partner, CFO Services

The Company is seeking a Partner to lead the strategic direction, market positioning, commercial growth, and development of its CFO services. The role combines client-facing leadership and network building with responsibility for the service’s profitability, market position, and quality of delivery. The Partner will develop and scale service offerings, drive business development and acquisition, and ensure budgets and productivity targets are met. They will also lead the team’s performance, professional standards, collaboration, and ongoing development. Candidates should bring more than 20 years of experience in finance-related fields, including line experience, and at least 15 years of expertise in consulting and strategic issues. Experience managing and growing a service or business unit is required, along with a strong senior-level network and the ability to develop and deliver client propositions. A university degree is required, preferably in business administration, economics, or engineering. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, commercial leadership, influence, and the ability to lead complex change are essential.
