Senior Vice President of Property Operations

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Property Operations to oversee a multi-state portfolio of multifamily properties and lead a team of Regional Vice Presidents. The role is responsible for developing and executing strategies that support portfolio growth, financial performance, operational standards, and resident satisfaction. Key duties include coaching and evaluating regional leaders, overseeing budgets and revenue strategies, monitoring property performance, and keeping ownership representatives informed. The executive will also lead client relationships, address operational risks and issues, support new business and property transitions, and work with internal teams to improve processes and procedures. Candidates should have at least 10 years of operational leadership experience; real estate and property management experience is strongly preferred. The role requires strong communication, leadership, coaching, and strategic problem-solving skills, along with expertise in budget management, expense control, multifamily operations, market dynamics, and competitive analysis. Applicants should demonstrate success managing and expanding senior-level client relationships and be able to direct the work of others. Travel is required.
