Vice President of Finance

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to partner with the current finance leader and progressively assume broader responsibility for the organization’s financial operations and strategic priorities. The role includes supporting leadership continuity and preparing to take on full financial leadership. The successful candidate will oversee financial planning and analysis, treasury, cash flow forecasting, working capital, and consolidated reporting. They will also lead and develop the accounting and finance team and manage relationships with banking, bonding, and surety partners. Candidates should have at least 10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including seven or more years in a senior financial leadership role such as Controller or Vice President of Finance. Experience in construction, engineering, or another complex, project-based environment is preferred, along with familiarity supporting a large, multi-entity organization. A strong technical accounting background is required, including GAAP, work-in-progress accounting, percentage-of-completion revenue recognition, job costing, and consolidated financial reporting. Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting; a CPA or CMA designation is a plus.
