Senior Vice President, Controller

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President, Controller to provide strategic leadership across accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, planning, internal controls, and finance operations. The role oversees financial statements, regulatory filings, accounting functions, and technical accounting policy while advising executive leadership on performance and strategic decisions. Responsibilities include strengthening financial governance, coordinating audits and regulatory reviews, and leading a large accounting organization. The successful candidate will also drive transformation, process improvement, automation, and reporting enhancements, and present financial results and recommendations to executive and board-level audiences. Candidates must hold a CPA designation and a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with at least 15 years of progressive accounting or finance leadership experience. Significant experience leading accounting teams in a regulated financial services environment and deep knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, internal controls, and accounting operations are required. Applicants should demonstrate success overseeing enterprise accounting, budgeting, and forecasting, developing strong leaders, and communicating effectively with senior stakeholders. Preferred qualifications include experience in banking or capital markets, public accounting, regulatory reporting, and finance transformation, as well as a relevant master’s degree.
