Senior Vice President, Treasurer

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Treasury to lead liquidity, funding, capital, and balance sheet strategy. The role develops enterprise-wide treasury policies and oversees asset-liability management, investments, borrowing, cash management, interest-rate risk, and hedging programs. Responsibilities include guiding capital planning, financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis, while providing treasury and balance sheet insights to executive leadership and the board. The successful candidate will partner across finance, risk, lending, accounting, and operations, ensure regulatory and governance compliance, and build and mentor a high-performing treasury team. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience, along with at least 15 years of progressive relevant experience and 10 years of leadership experience. Required expertise includes asset-liability management, liquidity and funding strategy, capital management, interest-rate risk, fixed-income products, debt financing, and derivatives. Strong quantitative skills in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis are essential, as are executive-level communication skills and proficiency with treasury, risk-modeling, and spreadsheet tools. A relevant master’s degree or professional designation is preferred, as is experience with treasury transformation, balance sheet optimization, capital planning, and regulatory frameworks.
