Executive Director, Child Care & Early Learning Center Greater Baltimore, MD Area

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead a high-quality early learning center, supporting children, families, and educators. Responsibilities include hiring, coaching, and developing staff; fostering an inclusive, collaborative culture; and overseeing program quality, licensing compliance, enrollment, finances, and daily operations. The Executive Director will build strong relationships with families and the community, welcome new families, and ensure children receive safe, engaging, developmentally appropriate care. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred. At least six years of early childhood education experience, including leadership and center administration, is required, along with strong knowledge of accreditation and licensing standards and the applicable state director qualifications. The role also calls for proven leadership, communication, and team-building skills. Supervisory experience in a large, multi-site, or client-based child care center and experience in a corporate environment are preferred.
