Head of Finance & Accounting

The Company is seeking a Head of Finance and Accounting to lead the finance function for a listed entity in a regulated financial environment. Responsibilities include overseeing accounting operations, financial reporting, treasury, statutory filings, and regulatory compliance. The role partners with senior leaders on strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management, while coordinating with regional teams to align financial controls across jurisdictions. The successful candidate will strengthen internal controls, manage auditor and regulator relationships, deliver insights for executive and board decisions, and develop a high-performing finance team. Candidates should have significant finance leadership experience in a listed company or regulated financial institution; experience in asset management or related financial services is preferred. Strong knowledge of SEC requirements, financial reporting standards, corporate governance, and risk-focused internal controls is required. Applicants should bring experience engaging with executives, boards, auditors, regulators, and international stakeholders, along with strong analytical, commercial, communication, and influencing skills. Demonstrated team leadership is essential, and a professional accounting qualification such as CPA or equivalent is preferred.
