Head of Finance

The Company is seeking a Head of Finance to oversee financial operations and lead the finance team. Responsibilities include managing daily transactions, maintaining internal controls and accounting policies, and ensuring statutory reporting, tax filings, and audit requirements are met. The role will deliver management accounts, forecasts, cash flow updates, variance analyses, and annual budgets, while providing commercial finance support to operational stakeholders. The Head of Finance will also support procurement, manage joint venture and shareholder reporting, oversee landlord and lease matters, and evaluate capital expenditure proposals. Candidates should have senior finance leadership experience, including managing operational finance teams and working in a joint venture or multi-shareholder environment. A CPA or equivalent qualification and experience with international accounting standards are required; familiarity with US GAAP is an advantage. Applicants should bring international experience, strong process-improvement skills, advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities, and proficiency with financial systems such as Oracle or SAP. Excellent spoken and written English is essential, while experience in events or venue management is desirable.
