Head of Retail Operations

The Company is seeking a Head of Retail Operations to oversee performance across a large network of stores in Thailand. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, setting consistent standards, and developing and refining procedures to improve efficiency and compliance. The role leads audit and fraud-prevention efforts, uses operational data to improve stock management and decision-making, and supports new store launches and business expansion. The successful candidate will collaborate with regional and store-level teams, promote staff training and knowledge sharing, and report operational performance to senior leadership. Candidates should have substantial experience managing large-scale retail operations in Thailand or a comparable market, along with a strong record of supporting growth while maintaining quality and compliance. Expertise in developing standard operating procedures, conducting audits, and implementing fraud-prevention controls is required. Strong analytical skills, including the ability to use data to optimize stock levels, are essential. Applicants should be fluent in English, effective collaborators and communicators, and adaptable to both standalone and mall-based retail environments.
