Vice President, Business Management, Commercial Banking Greater Bangkok, Thailand Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Business Management in Commercial Banking. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of business strategies, with a focus on portfolio transformation and industry-specific growth initiatives. This role involves translating strategic priorities into actionable plans, monitoring the progress of key initiatives, and identifying and addressing any gaps or risks to ensure the successful delivery of business objectives. Additionally, the VP will be involved in process improvement, operational efficiency, and driving change initiatives to enhance productivity and client experience. Applicants must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 8-12 years' experience in commercial banking, corporate banking, business banking, strategy, or business management. A background as a Relationship Manager in commercial or corporate banking is highly preferred. The role requires a deep understanding of commercial banking processes, including banking regulations, AML requirements, and governance frameworks. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and execution capabilities, as well as excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. The ability to work across multiple stakeholders and drive change in a matrix environment is essential.
