Vice Principal

The Company is seeking a Vice-Principal to join their team. The successful candidate will be a key member of the School Leadership Team, playing a major role in formulating the school's aims and objectives, establishing policies, managing staff and resources, and monitoring progress. This role involves deputizing for the Principal when necessary and leading learning through high standards of teaching and learning. The Vice-Principal will also be involved in school development planning, evaluation, and staff development, as well as contributing to the development and implementation of school policies. Applicants for the Vice-Principal position at the company should hold a teaching qualification recognized for grant-aided schools in Northern Ireland and have a minimum of 5 years' post-qualification teaching experience. Essential criteria include a proven track record in strategic leadership, co-ordination of a whole school area, and evidence of how their leadership has led to school improvement. The role requires extensive knowledge of the Northern Ireland Primary Curriculum, current educational policies, and effective classroom pedagogy. The ideal candidate will have highly developed skills in leading, managing, and inspiring others, as well as the ability to create and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders. Personal qualities such as vision, enthusiasm, integrity, and the ability to cope under pressure are also essential.
