Associate Vice President, HCM Business Advisory Senior Analyst Greater Bengaluru, India Area

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, HCM Business Advisory Senior Analyst to support HR services and advisory activities for the UK and Ireland. Responsibilities include providing operational support across areas such as occupational health and absence management, flexible working, international assignments, rehire governance, contract administration, working-time requirements, and management reporting. The role also supports year-end performance, compensation, promotion, and audit processes, while helping manage increased demand and transitions in advisory work. The successful candidate will use sound judgment to assess complex matters, identify risks, seek guidance or escalate appropriately, and provide oversight that supports team performance and timely delivery. Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience in HR shared services and advisory functions, along with excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills. Experience troubleshooting complex HR issues and working knowledge of HCM systems are required. The role also calls for the ability to use AI tools to improve productivity and workflows while applying critical judgment and ensuring responsible, ethical use of data and AI outputs.
