The Company is seeking a Vice President to lead process optimisation and transformation initiatives in securities services. Responsibilities include researching complex processes, identifying issues, and developing business solutions with architecture, technology, and business teams. The role leads transformation projects from front to back, tracks delivery against business requirements, and escalates risks and issues. It also involves assessing solution impacts, communicating progress to senior stakeholders, and supporting business strategy and a high-performance culture. Candidates should have in-depth knowledge of securities services and trust and agency processes, including their products, client expectations, and operational dependencies. They should bring experience delivering end-to-end operating model, process, and governance transformations, along with strong senior stakeholder management and business-technology partnership skills. Excellent problem-solving, organization, communication, documentation, and presentation abilities are required, as is fluency in written and spoken English. Experience with automation and Agile transformation is preferred; the role also calls for effective collaboration in global, matrixed teams, people management, and responsible use of AI tools.
