Chief of Staff, RAN Business Unit

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff for its RAN Business Unit, a pivotal role in the organization's growth strategy. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner and trusted advisor, responsible for driving execution across various business, product, engineering, customer, and operational priorities. This includes strategic planning, business operations, product and engineering program management, commercial and customer success support, executive communications, and transformation initiatives. The Chief of Staff will work closely with the President and leadership team to define and execute the business unit's strategy, ensure alignment across functions, and lead high-impact initiatives. The role demands a leader with a Master's degree in a relevant field, over 10 years of experience in technology or related industries, and a strong background in wireless telecommunications, mobile networks, or related technologies. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company's RAN Business Unit should possess a unique combination of strategic thinking, operational excellence, business acumen, and strong stakeholder management capabilities. The role requires a candidate with a proven ability to drive complex cross-functional initiatives, exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong executive communication. They should be comfortable challenging assumptions, driving difficult conversations, and have a passion for building high-performing teams and organizations. The Chief of Staff will be expected to improve the visibility and predictability of product delivery, establish robust business operating mechanisms, and accelerate the execution of strategic business initiatives within the first 12 months.
