The role also leads high-impact transformation projects, supports teams through changes to roles and workflows, and helps resolve complex operational issues by turning them into clear next steps. The successful candidate will take ownership of problems and follow through to improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate brings an entrepreneurial, hands-on approach and a strong interest in improving how organizations operate. They can analyze data and complex situations, then translate insights into practical processes that teams can adopt. Strong execution skills, adaptability, and the ability to communicate confidently in challenging situations are essential. C2-level German proficiency is required.
