Vice President of Growth Greater Berlin, Germany Area

The Company is seeking a VP of Growth to lead the expansion of its marketing channels and drive the company's mission of simplifying healthy habits. The successful candidate will be responsible for performance marketing across a diverse range of channels, including YouTube, search, referral, organic, and affiliate, as well as exploring new avenues such as podcast, TV, OTT, and OOH. This role also involves developing and leading CRM and lifecycle strategies, with a focus on retention and reactivation in a subscription-based model. The VP of Growth will be instrumental in the internationalization strategy, determining which markets to enter and the approach to take. Additionally, the role includes ownership of pricing and discount architecture, and the candidate should be adept at measurement, with a strong background in incrementality testing and setting LTV/CAC targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar growth role, with experience in a subscription or repeat-purchase DTC model, particularly in the food or consumables sector. They should be adept at managing a group-level P&L, have a hands-on approach to measurement, and be skilled in opening and scaling new marketing channels. The role requires a leader who can build and develop a high-performing growth team, and who is comfortable with a blank canvas, ready to build and innovate within the existing resources. While not mandatory, depth in the DACH market, German language skills, and experience in podcast, TV, or OTT are considered advantageous. The company values depth of experience over breadth and is looking for a builder rather than an operator, someone who can create and execute a growth strategy at a DTC scale.
