Vice President of Strategy Greater Berlin, Germany Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Strategy to shape and evolve its long-term strategic agenda and translate strategic choices into measurable priorities, roadmaps, and implementation plans. The role leads high-priority, cross-functional initiatives from definition through execution, supports senior leadership decision-making, and aligns strategy with operating models, portfolio choices, and resource allocation. The Vice President will identify opportunities, risks, and trade-offs, coordinate stakeholders across functions, and monitor progress to drive measurable impact. The role also advances the responsible adoption of AI across business processes, decision-making, and customer value creation. Candidates should bring significant senior leadership experience in strategy, transformation, consulting, innovation, digital, data, AI, or a related field. They must have a track record of shaping enterprise or divisional strategy and delivering practical plans with measurable outcomes, along with a strong understanding of AI and emerging technologies. Experience leading large, cross-functional initiatives in complex international environments is required; experience in pharmaceuticals, life sciences, healthcare, or another highly regulated industry is preferred. Exceptional strategic problem-solving, executive communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills are essential, as are collaborative, inclusive leadership and a focus on action and results.
