Assistant Vice President, People Analytics Greater Boston, MA Area

The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President, People Analytics to turn complex workforce data into actionable insights for senior leadership. Responsibilities include combining large, multi-source datasets into coherent data models; applying statistical and machine-learning methods to identify drivers of employee outcomes; and building executive-ready dashboards and visualizations. The role owns analytical work from problem definition and data preparation through modeling, communication, and recommendations. It also partners with HR and business leaders to ensure insights support strategic decisions and adapts to evolving priorities while maintaining analytical rigor and data quality. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Analytics or a related field, plus at least five years of experience in data or business analytics, or advanced reporting. Required skills include advanced Tableau or Power BI, experience with large datasets in data warehouse or data lake environments, statistical modeling such as regression, and programming with R or Python and SQL. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, along with strong communication skills and experience presenting findings to senior stakeholders, is essential. Experience in people analytics, HR metrics, or related workforce domains is preferred.
