Assistant Vice President, People Analytics Analyst Greater Boston, MA Area

The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President, People Analytics Analyst to turn complex workforce data into actionable insights for senior leadership. Responsibilities include combining large, varied datasets into coherent models; applying statistical and machine-learning methods to understand workforce trends; and creating executive-ready dashboards and visualizations. The analyst will own projects from defining the question and preparing data through analysis and presentation, while partnering with HR and business leaders to ensure findings inform decisions. The role also involves improving analytical workflows through emerging technologies and communicating recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Analytics or a related field, plus at least five years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, or advanced reporting. Required skills include advanced proficiency with business intelligence tools, experience working with large datasets in data warehouse or data lake environments, and knowledge of statistical modeling, Python or R, SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint.
