The Company is seeking a Systems Engineering Executive Leader to define and drive the systems engineering strategy across its diverse portfolio of consumer products. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and leading a global systems engineering organization, setting standards and best practices, and ensuring the delivery of innovative, high-quality, and reliable consumer appliances. This role requires a technical integrator who can work across various teams, including product development, hardware and software engineering, R&D, product management, design, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain, to manage the complexity of connected and software-enabled products. The Executive Leader will also be instrumental in championing model-based systems engineering, requirements management, systems architecture, product validation, and cross-functional technical governance. Applicants for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, with a Master's degree or advanced technical/business degree preferred. A minimum of 15 years' progressive engineering leadership experience, including 10 years in multidisciplinary product development, is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consumer products, consumer electronics, home appliances, robotics, or related industries, and a proven track record of delivering products from concept to commercialization.
