Executive Director

The Company is in search of an Executive Director with a deep commitment to social and economic justice, and the vision, leadership, and drive to advance the organization's mission. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership to ensure programmatic excellence, overseeing fundraising and development efforts, and maintaining a positive work environment. This role involves working closely with the Board of Directors, senior staff, and the community to sustain organizational stability and growth. The Executive Director will also be tasked with managing a dedicated staff, cultivating relationships, and procuring resources to support the organization's goals. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' social services experience, with a strong social justice orientation, and at least 5 years' in senior management. The role requires a proven track record in leading successful community-based programs, developing social programs in underserved communities, and implementing a diverse fundraising strategy. The ideal candidate will have excellent fiscal management capabilities, the ability to work with a Board of Directors, and a strong understanding of marketing and public relations. Passion, idealism, integrity, and a mission-driven approach are essential, as is the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams. Educational credentials in social services and fluency in Arabic are desired but not required.
