Vice President, Finance Transformation

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance Transformation to partner with senior finance leadership to modernize and optimize the Finance function. The role will define and deliver a transformation roadmap, redesign processes and operating models, and drive productivity, standardization, and cost optimization across global finance operations. Responsibilities include advancing digital capabilities such as automation and analytics, establishing governance and tracking value realization, and leading change management to support lasting adoption. The Vice President will coordinate cross-functional initiatives, align senior stakeholders, and provide executive-level updates and recommendations. Candidates should have at least 15 years of experience in finance, finance transformation, finance operations, financial systems, or a related leadership field. They should have a record of leading large-scale finance modernization, process improvement, operating model, ERP, or digital transformation initiatives and delivering measurable results in complex organizations. Strong knowledge of finance processes and operating models, along with business acumen and the ability to connect strategy, people, processes, data, and technology, is required. The role also calls for executive communication, change leadership, stakeholder influence, and effective execution in a matrixed environment.
