Vice President of Corporate Development Greater Charlotte, NC Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Corporate Development to lead strategic research and projects that support organizational growth through investments and acquisitions. Responsibilities include sourcing opportunities, assessing markets and competitive landscapes, and leading due diligence and investment analysis. The role also involves developing and reviewing financial models, evaluating valuations and scenarios, and leading transaction negotiations, structuring, and execution. Additional work may include divestitures, capital markets analysis, post-acquisition integration, and portfolio analytics. Candidates should have 6–10 or more years of M&A experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or a related combination of fields. A bachelor’s degree is required.
