Vice President, Private Credit

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Private Credit to source, evaluate, execute, and manage debt and equity investments across a range of transaction types. The role includes leading financial analysis, investment theses, due diligence, and transaction execution from initial review through closing. The Vice President will monitor portfolio performance, work with management teams on strategic initiatives and value creation, and participate in portfolio reviews and board meetings. They will also contribute to investment strategy and portfolio construction while mentoring junior colleagues and coordinating transaction workstreams. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record and have 6–8 years of experience in private credit, private equity, investment banking, leveraged finance, corporate finance, or a related investing field. Advanced financial modeling, valuation, and credit underwriting skills are required, along with demonstrated experience executing complex debt or equity transactions. Strong analytical, organizational, project management, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to manage competing priorities with attention to detail and a proactive, ownership-oriented approach.
